At CLG, we have 3 singing groups that rehearse at lunchtimes. Our Year 4/5 Girls Group meets every Monday and our first get together will be in Week 2. Last year, there were over 45 girls in our group and in addition to singing at school assemblies, they were a big hit at Lighting Up the Arts at the Adelaide Town Hall with a medley of songs from the movie Pitch Perfect. On the back of a successful performance by our Junior Singers in December, a local retirement village has booked all 3 of our groups to sing for them throughout the year. To entertain the residents (aged from 65-90) our girls will learn a repertoire of songs from musicals and past decades.
